Cancellation policy – Childhood Liberation

Dear friend,

We welcome you to the  Childhood Liberation workshop. The workshop will start on Monday 8th May, at 12 noon time, and will end on Sunday 14th May at 2 pm.

The workshop was created with lots of love and thought for all details. Our intention is to ensure that this workshop is for your own benefit. Therefore it is important for you to know that participation in all of the workshop sessions, including the meditations, is mandatory. If there are any reasons on your side not allowing you to commit yourself, please talk to the workshop leader before registration to come to a mutual agreement.

Please read and agree to our cancellation policy:

Up to 3 weeks before the workshop: cancellation is free of charge.
Between 3 weeks to one week before the workshop: cancellation fee is 1400 CZ.
Between one week to 3 days before the workshop: cancellation fee is 30 % of the workshop price unless you find a replacement that the workshop leader agrees on.
3 days before the workshop: cancellation fee is 50% of the workshop price unless you find a replacement that the workshop leader agrees on.
Cancellation on the day of the workshop or during the workshop: there will be no refund for your payment.

The payment for cancellation will be done via bank transfer. (or via credit card with additional 3-5% fee.)
