In contrary to a workshop/seminar when you are part of a group of people exploring personal subjects in the dynamics of a group-process an individual session is a time of about 1,5 hours where the counselor is working with you individually one on one. You are choosing the subject you want to work on.

Energy Reading for Individuals and Couples

An energy reading is like an x-ray of the aura and chakras. A reading shows the flow of energy in each chakra. It also shows the connection or disconnection between the chakras, whether one chakra has to compensate for another or whether they support each other.

Sometimes there are specific subjects that want to be looked at. For exampel relationship issues, fear of abandonment, power issues or imbalance of male and female sides. In this case it is best to concentrate on the chakras involved in the subject. The reading will help to bring a deeper understanding and acceptance to the subject and will help to open an inner space for change and development.

For couples a reading is a chance to look at the dynamics between the partners. Which chakras resonate between each other and which chakras might be in defense or fight towards each other? Which themes are related to the dynamics and how can the dynamics be improved?

For pregnant women an energy reading is a very loving connection to the being of the child. Why has the soul chosen these parents? What can be the learning of this life for parents and child?

Only if partners are willing to look at their blind spots and weaknesses there is a chance for a relation with more understanding instead of blind behaviour patterns.

Pulsation Breathing session

 

The human body is a pulsating unity, vivid, alive, full of energy and ecstasy. Small children are still connected to this natural state of being. For almost everybody this natural aliveness is narrowed and limited by education and childhood conditioning. As a result, painful and sometimes traumatic events in our lives are stored in our unconscious. Usually the child is too overwhelmed to bear strong emotions while they are happening. The memories are stored as body-memories in our cells, tissues, and muscles, even in our bones. They carry feelings, images, sounds even smells. Through specific breathing techniques we are able to reconnect with these body-memories and give them a chance to be expressed and felt.

The energy, which was helt and isolated before can start flowing naturally again. The result is a sense of relaxation, calm and wholeness.

Chakra Alchemy Counseling

 

Chakra-Alchemy-Counseling is based on a holistic image of man, seeing man as an orchestra of possibilities, who already has all resources he needs inside himself.

Chakra-Alchemy-Counseling is an open counseling using communication skills, hypnosis and Chakra-energy-work to access the inner resources and integrate them into daily life.

-          Fear of sexual expression, fear of survival or trust into physical/material abilities,

-          Lack of feelings/difficulties in re-lating or sensitivity and friendliness,
